Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Perused report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial Services). Process to fill up the vacancies in the Fast Track Courts including the trial court is in progress and the vacancies shall be filled up shortly.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Allegations are grave and the case is at its fag end.

Under such circumstances and as it is expected that the vacancy shall be filled up shortly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
