Mr. Siddhartha Banerjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent actions of the Commission and challenge to the such actions by a separate writ petition, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition as he has joined with the others in the said separate writ petition. Mr. Banerjee files the written instruction of his client instructing him to withdraw the present matter. Let it be kept with the record.

In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 4820 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, however, there shall be no order as to costs.
