Copy of the decision of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly is placed before this Court and taken on record.

In view of the steps taken by the contemnors/respondents the contempt proceedings stand dropped and the contempt Rule stands discharged. However, this order shall not preclude the writ petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if so advised.
