1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. By instituting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioner has prayed for registration of FIR by the concerned police authorities.

3. It was succinctly decided by Hon'ble Supreme Court as reported in (2007) 6 SCC 171 (Aleque Padamsee and Others vs. Union of India & Others) that for registering FIR writ petition is not maintainable. If steps are not being taken based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petitioner shall have remedy

under Section 175 as well as Sections 210 and of BNSS before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with this writ petition.

5. Writ petition stands dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
