Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate representing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 is present and he submits that the two applications being CAN 2 of 2023 filed by the respondent no.4 in the writ petition and CAN 3 of 2023, filed by the writ petitioners seeking modification of the order dated March 31, 2023, whereby WPA 3853 of 2019 had been disposed of are clearly abuse of process of law. Since the applicants of the aforesaid two applications are not represented, the learned advocate-on-record for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 is requested to serve a notice on the said two applicants intimating them that the matter shall be listed again and be taken up for hearing three weeks hence.
