1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner's grievance is primarily on account of two papers viz. Mathematics and Geography. He alleges that his daughter has been given four marks short in the Mathematics Paper and a mark less in the Geography Paper.

3. From the records it appears that the petitioner's daughter has a prima facie case and is entitled to reconsideration.

4. In view thereof, I direct the respondent no. 3 to look into the petitioner's grievance as enumerated in the paragraph 6 of the writ petition by April 30, 2026.

5. Respondent no. 3 will be at liberty to take the assistance of a teacher who is a designated Head Examiner.

6. Upon completion of this process, the petitioner will be intimated of the result thereof, by May 15, 2026. If found that the petitioner's daughter is entitled, the authorities will take necessary assistance to issue a revised mark-sheet in her favour.

7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
