Mr. Nilanjan Adhikari. ... for the petitioner. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of O.S. No. 37 of 2019 (Probate Miscellaneous Case (P) No. 57 of 2019) pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed some certified copies of orders and submits that order of expeditious disposal of the Probate Suit may be promulgated.

After careful scrutiny of the entire orders annexed with the revisional application, I find no reason to pass any order of expeditious disposal as learned Judge already took efforts to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, due to laches on the part of the parties to the suit, learned Judge could not do so.

With the aforesaid observation the revisional application stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
