1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner in the instant writ petition prayed for consideration of the application filed by the bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

3. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur wherefrom it appears that vide order dated 26th March, 2025 the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act on 21st August, 2024 has been rejected due to absence of CERSI copy in the documents submitted by the petitioner. Liberty has been granted to the petitioner to submit fresh application under Section 14 of the Act.

4. As it appears that the application of the petitioner already stood rejected, accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

5. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

6. The petitioner, however, can apply before the authority afresh under Section 14 of the Act along with all necessary documents for necessary order.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
