At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, on perusal of records it appears that the writ petition being WPA 2710 of 2014 stood disposed of by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 17th February, 2014.

One contempt application being CPAN 223 of 2015 is pending.

In view of aforesaid position, department is directed to treat the writ petition as 'disposed of' and not to show the same as pending in the system.
