From the aforesaid document so submitted it reflects that charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.
I have considered the contentions advanced in this revisional application and the annexures relied upon. The annexures, which have been relied upon, are mostly private documents except some of the documents obtained from the Website. The present case has already ended in the chargesheet and as such, the documents relied upon by the prosecution under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are to be the foundation for assessment regarding the maintainability of the proceedings. Such documents have not been enclosed along with this revisional application. As
such, the revisional application is premature one. Thus, no interference is called for.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 734 of 2020 is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
