The writ petitioner claims that the private respondent nos. 6 and 7/son and daughter-in-law are continuously torturing her. It is also submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Narendrapur Police Station.

Counsel for the State submits that FIR was registered on the petitioner's complaint and charge sheet has been filed against the respondent nos. 6 and 7. There is prima facie evidence of the conduct of the said private respondents before this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client has three sons. The petitioner has given a shop room each to the three sons and has also partly financed a flat in favour of the second son. The second son had rented out the said property. He is now forcing her to give the existing property in his favour.

The allegations are denied by the private respondent nos. 6 and 7. However, counsel appearing for

the said respondent nos. 6 and 7 submits that his clients are willing to vacate the premises of the mother within a period of time.

In the backdrop of the aforesaid, this Court directs the respondent nos. 6 and 7 to vacate the premises of the petitioner within a period of one month from date.

The Narendrapur Police shall maintain strict vigil on the said premises. In the event of any further single complaint against the respondent nos. 6 and 7 by the petitioner, Narendrapur Police shall take coercive measures against the respondent nos. 6 and 7. The undertaking of the respondent nos. 6 and 7 to vacate the said premises on or before 22nd April, 2023 shall be enforced by the Narendrapur Police Station. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
