1. Petitioner contends he has been falsely implicated due to political affiliation. Deceased died due to hanging which is ordinarily suicidal in nature. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record.

4. Petitioner is the son of the deceased. He was in the house when the incident occurred. Post mortem report notes abrasion marks on the deceased apart from ligature mark. Blood was also found at the spot.

5. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

6. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
