C.R.R. 741 of 2020 (Via Video Conference) Saugata Das versus Preeti Das In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, filed for quashing of the proceedings arising out of C.R. Case No. 411/2015 corresponding to T.R. No. 263/15 under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

The present revisional application has been preferred for quashing the proceedings arising out of C.R. Case No. 411/2015 (T.R. No. 263/15) under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

The emphasis in this revisional application is based on series of cases which have been instituted at the instance of the present opposite party, but there is no assertion in this revisional application regarding the maintainability of the complaint so far as it relates to allegations made therein. No question of law has been raised for debarring the complainant from institution of such case. Except for denial, no reason has been assigned for interference by this Court. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 741 of 2020 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
