The prayer for higher scale of pay is made by the petitioner on 22nd December, 2008 and the same may be considered by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Burdwan within four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Any order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Burdwan may be communicated to the petitioner within seven days thereof.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
