Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, two other co-accuseds were granted bail by the Jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the witness recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.). The 161 Cr.P.C. statement of the witness implicate the petitioner. He was implicated for throwing explosive substance. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1286 of 2022 is dismissed.
