Petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail which was granted on 01.03.2024. Having regard to the conditions so imposed, I direct that instead of meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a week, the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station (Baruipur Police Station as submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner) once in a month till further orders of this Court.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are retained and the petitioner is directed to comply with the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
