In pursuance of the order passed on 30th April, 2025, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has expressed that the petitioner had no occasion to peruse the report submitted by the State so far as the steps taken in course of the investigation is concerned. The petitioner has expressed his satisfaction regarding the steps so taken till date.

Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appears for the private respondent nos. 4 to 7.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears for the State.

Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred is subserved.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 5077 of 2024 is disposed of.

Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned AGP appeared for the State on each and every date so far as the present writ petition is concerned. Accordingly, his appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
