He has also drawn the attention of this Court to a letter dated May 8, 2025, issued in this regard and addressed to the individual flat owners.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that it is for the flat owners to obtain the completion certificates after submitting the documents as asked for by the Corporation. The petitioner has no role in this matter.

I find justification in the stand of the petitioner. When the Corporation has agreed to issue completion certificates to the individual flat owners, there is no

justification to keep this contempt application pending.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to produce a copy of this order before the consumer forum in connection with Execution Case No. 106 of 2016, pending before the learned District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Baruipur.

Accordingly, CPAN 363 of 2025 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
