2. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present before this Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that on the date when the case was called on, he could not appear as he inadvertently missed the list but immediately filed an application for restoration of the revisional application being CRR 788 of 2024.

4. Heard both sides.

5. The explanations made in the application are found to be satisfactory.

6. The prayer for restoration stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, CRAN 7 of 2025 stands disposed of.

8. CRR 788 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number. In Re.: CRAN 6 of 2025

9. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for extension of the existing interim order by the instant application which was filed prior to expiry of the existing interim order.

The prayer for extension stands allowed.

Interim order stands revived and extended till last week of November, 2025 or until further order whichever is earlier. 12.
