No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 913 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Goalpokher Police Station Case No. 339 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 under Sections 489A/489C/489D of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

And In Re : Soriful Islam @ Md. Shafikul Islam ...... petitioner Mr. M. Nazar Chowdhury Mr. M. A. Salik ....for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli Ms. Sayanti Santra ....for the State Fake Indian currencies were seized from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the gravity of the offence and complicity of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 913 of 2023 is dismissed.
