Considering the issue involved in this writ petition, this Court is of the view that, there is no scope for any interim order. The character of the subject land is agricultural. The petitioner has questioned the application of Section 11 of the East Kolkata Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Act, 2006.

Affidavits are called for.

The respondents shall file its affidavit-inopposition on or before March 24, 2025. Affidavit-inreply, if any, thereto shall be filed on or before March 31, 2025.

The Writ petition shall appear under the heading "Hearing (Land)" in the combined monthly list of April, 2025.
