The petitioner renews his prayer for bail. The allegations against the petitioner are serious. Sections 120B/121/121A/123/124A/125 of the Indian Penal Code have been invoked.

We have considered the material in the case diary. On June 22, 2020, the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench.

We see no apparent change in circumstances. Also in view of the serious nature of the allegations against the petitioner, we are not inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, CRM 2119 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the process of consideration and framing of the charge. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
