CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION C.O. 598 of 2018 Employees' State Insurance Corporation -Vs- M/s Mani Electronics The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the number of the revisional application which has been erroneously recorded in the order dated June 10, 2022 as C.O. 698 of 2018 instead of CO 598 of 2018.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction as directed above in the said order as well as in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
