The revisional application was called on 19th September, 2023 when none represented on behalf of the petitioner. The revisional application was also called on 1st March, 2024 and also today, i.e. 4th March, 2024, on both the dates none represented the petitioner.

Mr. Kundu, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that in the meantime charge has been framed on 25th January, 2024 in connection with Bongaon Police Station Case No.95 of 2021 (N-29/2021). It has also been submitted on behalf of the State that the next date has been fixed for evidence on 9th May, 2024.

Having considered the fact that date has already been fixed for evidence of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers so advanced with the proceedings in the present revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 748 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
