Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody of varying periods in excess of 90 days. The police filed charge sheet. He submits that all the petitioners cannot be said to be involved in the murder in the manner as claimed by the prosecution.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The de facto complainant is represented.

It appears from the records that an incident occurred at a railway platform where all the four petitioners were involved in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials available in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (DB) 750 of 2022 is dismissed.
