Petitioner has elaborated the grounds of her challenge in the revision.

It is noted that petitioner has written a letter dated 26th November, 2022 addressed to the learned Advocate appearing for her that she is no more desirous to proceed with the instant revision case. Let the letter submitted in Court today as above be kept with the record. The grounds pleaded by the petitioner having not been found cogent and sufficient to warrant interference of this Court into the impugned order as well as in consideration of the letter mentioned as above the revision case is disposed of being not maintainable.
