In Re : An application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This revisional application has been preferred against the orders dated 04.11.2011, 30.12.2011 & 24.01.2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, Basirhat in Case No. M.P 2163 of 2011 under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

In view of the nature of the proceedings and the time period which has elapsed, I am of the view that the revisional application has lost its force by the time period which has elapsed in the meantime.

In view of the aforesaid, the revisional appication being CRR 621 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
