This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Bench - VIII, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of Title Suit No. 13 of 2020 expeditiously.

From the order-sheet appended to the civil revisional application this Court finds that after the prayer for amendment of the plaint was allowed, the plaintiff has filed the amended plaint. It appears from the order dated 4th November, 2024 that 6th February, 2025 had been fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

Considering the fact that the suit has been fixed for peremptory hearing the learned Judge, Bench - VIII, City Civil Court at Calcutta is requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 13 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
