Mr. R. N. Majumdar, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent Bank.

It is submitted that gratuity of the petitioner to the extent of Rs.2,97,576.88 has been paid. In so far as the petitioner's other terminal benefits are concerned, particularly the provident fund, a suitable decision and release of at least the petitioner's contribution to provident fund shall be effected by the Bank within a period of 45 days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
