This matter relates to election of a Pradhan of a Gram Panchayat. The said election was held in 2010. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
