2. Learned counsel appearing for the ESI Corporation submits that they have no objection if the petitioner prays for availing the Amnesty Scheme, 2025 which has been offered by the ESI Corporation.

3. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the ESI Corporation, within 30 days from the date of this order, making the offer to avail the Amnesty Scheme, 2025.

4. The authorities concerned shall then proceed to consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law and as per Scheme offered and make all endeavour to dispose of the same expedsitiously.

5. Civil Revision stands disposed of.

6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
