We have considered the materials on record. The petitioner had absconded for more than a decade. 2.

In view of his conduct and the nature of crime, prayer for bail came to be rejected on April 21, 2023. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
