The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Ekbalpur Police Station. A complaint dated 15.02.2023 has been lodged against the private respondents which has not been addressed by the Ekbalpur Police Station.

The O. C., Ekbalpur Police Station has filed a report dated 06.03.2023 on the petitioner's complaint. FIR No.

dated 16.02.2023 under Sections 448/385/506/509/120B of the IPC has been registered against the respondent nos. 6 and 7.

In that view of the matter, there is no inaction on the part of the Ekbalpur Police Station.

Investigation into the FIR shall be completed within a period of one month from date. Ekbalpur Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
