For the alleged contemnor The applicant/petitioner and the alleged contemnor are represented through their respective advocates. On behalf of the applicant/petitioner, it is submitted that from the documents produced by the alleged contemnor on 1st July, 2021, a copy whereof was made to the said advocate for the applicant/petitioner, it is apparent that the order dated 11th September, 2008 passed in WP 24366 (W) of 2007, being the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been already complied with. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt petition.

The contempt proceedings are dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of recording compliance of the order, being the subject matter of the contempt application.

The Rule stands discharged.
