Mr. Kabir, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl, namely, Farjana Parveen has already been recovered and as per the order of the Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Howrah she has been handed over to Asha Bhavan Centre, Village-Katila, Post Office-Banitabla, Police Station-Uluberia, DistrictHowrah vide Memo dated 4th March, 2023. Let the report, as filed, be kept on record.

As the victim girl has already been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present application and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
