None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 21.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Petitioners have prayed for quashing of the charge sheet vide No: 216 dated 31.07.2015 of Bidhannagar North Police Station of Bidhannagar Commissionerate and proceeding being G.R. No. 477/2014 arising out of Bidhannagar North Police Station Case No.96 dated 15.05.2014 under Sections 498A/325/406 of the IPC. Petitioners state that the FIR lodged against them are only contending fabricated grounds, which are untrue and unsustainable. According to them no case has been made out against them and also their involvement would not reveal from the materials available.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 519 of 2016 is dismissed. Connected application being CRAN 5 of 2019 (Old No: CRAN 689 of 2019) is disposed of.
