Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioners, State respondents and respondent nos.6 & 7.

Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 being the daughter and petitioner no.2 being the mother have approached this Court since respondent nos.6 & 7 are not permitting the petitioners to install CCTV camera at the premises where petitioner no.2 and respondent nos.6 & 7 are residing.

During course of hearing order passed by the coordinate Bench on the writ petition being WPA 15582 of 2022 dated 6th June, 2023 is relied upon. 5.

On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that dispute is civil in nature requiring the parties to approach appropriate forum.

However, learned advocate representing the respondent nos.6 & 7 submits that if petitioners install CCTV camera at the premises in question without infringing privacy of the respondent nos.6 & 7, those respondent nos. 6 & 7 will not object. 7.

It appears vide order dated 6th June, 2023 a coordinate Bench directed the concerned police authorities to complete the investigation expeditiously taking note of the fact that FIR No.843 of 2022 dated 27th July, 2022 was registered.

However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that for a different purpose present writ petition is instituted and it is also submitted that petitioners may be permitted to install CCTV camera at the premises in question as respondent nos.6 & 7 are objecting.

In this regard submission made on behalf of the respondent nos. 6 & 7 is significant, as it was submitted that respondent nos.6 & 7 do not have objection to install CCTV camera if CCTV camera are installed at the premises in question without infringing privacy of those respondents.

10. In view of such submission made on behalf of the respondent nos.6 & 7 petitioners shall be at liberty to take steps for installation of CCTV camera at the premises in question but such installation shall not infringe the privacy of respondent nos.6 & 7.

11. Writ petition stands disposed of.

12. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
