The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the order has been complied with and a reasoned order has been passed. The learned advocate for the applicant prays for leave to move afresh, challenging the said order. The learned advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that a reasoned order has been rightly passed upon consideration of the documents.

Thus, the contempt proceeding is limited to the adjudication as to whether the order of this Court had been complied with or not.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped.

If the applicant is aggrieved by the steps taken by the authority, the remedy of the applicant would be before the appropriate forum.
