1. Ms. Mousumi Sarkar, learned Advocate for the State has handed over a report dated 12.02.2025 as submitted by one Avijit Biswas, S.I. of Police, Rajarhat Police Station.

2. The said report says that pursuant to the order dated 15.01.2025 he personally met the deceased appellant's son Sankar Das who in writing stated to him that he is not willing to proceed with the instant appeal on account of the death of his deceased father Tarini Das.

3. Let such report be taken on record.

4. In view of such report, CRA 325 of 1992 is dismissed.

5. Department is directed to transmit the Trial Court Record along with a copy of this order forthwith.
