This is an application where the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of M. Execution case no. 27 of 2024 under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas. 2.
Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and if it is allowed in terms of the prayer made in the application, the opposite party will have no cause to prejudice. Therefore, service of copy of application upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the prayer made by the petitioner is justified and it is required to be allowed for the ends of justice. 4.
In such view of the matter, CRR 978 of 2026 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the court below to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the M. Execution case no. 27 of 2024 and to make his best effort to conclude the said
execution case preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.
