Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet subsequent to the order dated August 12, 2021 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, we relax the condition of such order requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once a week and to cooperate with the investigation process. All other conditions will remain the same.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
