Date Office notes, reports, orders or proceedings with signatures. 08.01.2021 UPON READING a petition of contempt of Subrata Mondal and the affidavit of verification thereof dated 16.09.2020 and the annexures to the said petition, and upon hearing Mr. Subhrangshu Panda, learned advocate for applicant and Ms. Chowdhury, learned advocate for alleged contemner nos. 1 to 4 IT IS ORDERED that a Rule do issue calling upon the alleged contemner-no. 5, Khalid Aziz Anwar, the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, Purta Bhawan, Salt Lake City, Kolkata700091 to show cause why he should not be committed to prison or otherwise penalized or dealt with for having willfully and deliberately violated the order dated 23.06.2020 passed by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta on W.P. No.3892 (W) of 2020.

The Rule is made returnable on 29.01.2021 at 10.45 A.M. On the returnable date, IT IS ORDERED that the alleged contemnorrespondent shall appear personally or through his Counsel before this Court at 10.45 A.M. and shall not leave Court without permission. Let the Rule be served personally on the alleged contemner-respondent by Special Messenger.

Requisites be put in forthwith.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pendency of this Rule shall not preclude the alleged contemner-respondent to comply with the order dated 23.06.2020.
