Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and coaccused had committed robbery at the house of the victim. He was also murdered. In view of gravity of the offence and as petitioner had absconded, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
