The contempt application is taken up for consideration when Mr. Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the alleged contemnor submits that the State authorities have complied all formalities for release of retiral dues in favour of the applicant pursuant to the pension payment order dated 29th November, 2022.

However, it has been submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that there is requirement of presence of the petitioner in the office of the concerned Treasury Officer for disbursement of the same.

The applicant is directed to attend the office of the Treasury Officer, Jangipur, on 10th January, 2023 at 12 noon for disbursement of retiral dues. The said Treasury Officer is also directed to take all necessary steps so that the retiral dues can

be paid in favour of the petitioner on 10th January, 2023.

List the contempt application for further consideration on 3rd February, 2023.
