This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28th March, 2025 passed in CRM (DB) 789 of 2025.

Service report as well as compliance reports filed by the State is taken on record.

By order dated 28th March, 2025 bail was granted in favour of the petitioner on following conditions: "he shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever and on further condition that the petitioner, while on bail, shall remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and shall meet the I.C/O.C. of the said police station once in a fortnight until further orders."

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied the conditions as imposed by this Hon'ble Court. He seeks for relaxation of the condition of

bail to extent of reporting to the Inspector-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station.

Perused the report filed by the State.

It is found from the report submitted by the State that the petitioner has complied the order of meeting the Inspectorin-Charge of the jurisdictional police station and there is no adverse report.

Despite service none appears on behalf of the de facto complainant/opposite party no.2.

In view of the above, the condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Inspector-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station once in a month, until further orders. 9.

The other conditions of the order dated 28th March, 2025 will continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
