No one appears on behalf of either of the parties. This revisional application is pending since 2017. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 against order dated 18.01.2017 passed in C Case no. 328 of 2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881(for short N.I. Act) as amended, by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas thereby dismissed the complaint petition of the complainant under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. However, no one also represented the petitioner on the earlier occasions.

Accordingly, the instant CRR 575 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
