Inadvertent typographical error has crept in the cause title of the order dated 25th April, 2025 mentioning the application number as "CRM (M) 797 of 2025" instead of "CRM (DB) 797 of 2025". The application number in the aforesaid order be read as "CRM (DB) 797 of 2025" instead of "CRM (M) 797 of 2025". The order dated 25th April, 2025 is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.
