None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. This revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 8th September, 2010 passed by the learned Trial Court where amendment petition filed by the petitioner in the Misc. Case was allowed.

Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the said impugned order the instant revisional application is filed and it is pending since the year 2011.

I find that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. Accordingly, CO/660/2011 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
