The next date has been fixed for appearance of the accused persons before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd court, Barasat on 26.05.2025. Having considered the fact that the revisional application earlier appeared on 04-05-2022 and 18-12-2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners, I am of the view that as there has been no persuasion on behalf of the petitioners and the issues so canvassed in the revisional application relate to question of facts, as such I am of the opinion that no interference is called for from this court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 752 of 2023 is dismissed.
