State of West Bengal Mr. Anand Keshari, Mr. Sekhar Mukherjee, Mr. Gaurav Kumar .....for the Petitioner Mr. Imran Ali, Ms. Debjani Sahu .....for the State Report submitted by Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The order passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur reflects that warrant of arrest, proclamation and attachment was issued in the year 2016.

Mr. Keshari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner namely, Hasanujjaman Mondal submits that the petitioner intends to join the proceedings in trial Court. Accordingly, the part of the order which relates to proclamation and attachment will remain but the execution of warrant would be stayed till 5.5.2022. It is further directed that in case the petitioner appears or surrenders before the Jurisdictional Court the learned Court would consider his application for bail in accordance with law and thereafter, recall the proclamation and attachment earlier issued. Needless to state that this Court has not gone into merits of the case and only accepted the undertaking given by the learned

advocate appearing for the petitioner regarding his willingness to surrender.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 848 of 2022 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
